1 Mark cutting area (arrows).

2 Cut out in area (A) and (B), .

3 Drill auxiliary holes (arrows).

4 Saw cutting edge in area (C - F).

5 Bend auxiliary window upward.

6 Grind out in area (G) and (H) .

7 Grind out in area (I) and (J) .

9 Mark cut section (arrow) and cut.

10 Remove old part. 1 Completely remove sheet metal remains.

11 Completely remove sheet metal remains.

Solder residues should not remain in area of brazed seam.Do not weaken material.

13 Align welding flanges with old part.

14 Grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

15 Coat insides with zinc dust paint.
