3 | Remove bolt (2) from tilting cylinder (1) | The tilting cylinder should be free of tension. | |
4 | Pivot tilting cylinder to rear and remove plastic rings (4) and bushing (6) | ||
5 | Retract tilting cylinder (1) | Installation: Open filler screw on hand pump and completely extend and retract tilting cylinder. The air in the hydraulic system is bled by pumping back and forth. | |
6 | Mark hydraulic lines (9, 10) | ||
7 | Remove tilting cylinder (1) | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
9 | Check oil level in hydraulic tilting pump |
