Risk of death caused by improper lifting of cab. Risk of injury caused by body parts being trapped and crushed when lowering cab

Only use approved lifting cradles. Ensure that the mounts are securely seated. Stay out from underneath a hanging cab.

Open front flap

Remove trim grille from front end

Remove wind guide from front end

Remove shock absorber (1) at bottom from cab mounting and pivot upward

 Nut, shock absorber to front cab mounting

Position cab assembly cradles in door cutouts and lift slightly

 Use mounting arm for cab assembly linkage. Adjust cab assembly linkage according to roof height. Position brackets for cab assembly linkage in door cutouts toward front as far as possible with cab lock arrested.

Unscrew nut from bearing pin (3)

 Nut, bearing pin to front cab mounting

Remove bearing pin (3)

 For this purpose lift cab until bearing pin (3) is free of tension.

Lift cab until bushing (2) is accessible

 Secure cab against falling down.

Pull out bearing bushing (2)
