1 | Save instrument cluster 2000 (P4) parameters. | Only if instrument cluster 2000 (P4) was replaced. | |
2 | Tilt the steering column towards the driver's seat. | ||
3 | Remove cover. | ||
4 | Unscrew mounting screws (arrows). | ||
5 | Pull instrument cluster 2000 (P4) out of bracket | ||
6 | Mark connectors on rear of instrument cluster 2000 (P4) and detach | ||
7 | Mark indicator lamps for special equipment for subsequent identification and pull out. | If installed | |
8 | Remove tie strap on instrument cluster 2000 (P4) and remove instrument cluster 2000 (P4) | ||
9 | Pull off reusable strips of adhesive tape on underside of instrument cluster 2000 (P4) and pull out symbol disk (1) | Only if instrument cluster 2000 (P4) was replaced. | |
10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
11 | Transfer parameters into new instrument cluster 2000 (P4) | Only if instrument cluster 2000 (P4) was replaced. | |
12 | Enter belt conversion ratio. | Only if instrument cluster 2000 (P4) was replaced. | |
