	Removing
1	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS	 Only when the instrument (INS) is replaced.
2	Read out and save parameters of the instrument (INS) using STAR DIAGNOSIS	 Only when the instrument (INS) is replaced.	AR54.30-W-6027-02C
3	Remove timer (1) for auxiliary heater	 Only on vehicles with auxiliary heater.
4	Pull out fresh air vent (3)	 To pull out the air vent (3) attach a suitable hook in the guide (4).
5	Remove cover frame (2)
6	Unscrew bolts (arrows).
7	Remove cable ties (5)
8	Identify and disconnect connector (P2 X1, P2 X2, P2 X3)
9	Remove instrument (INS) from the bracket
	Install
10	Insert instrument (INS) in the bracket
11	Mount connector (P2 X1, P2 X2, P2 X3)	 Pay attention to marking.
12	Fasten wiring harness to instrument (INS) using cable ties (5)
13	Screw in bolts (arrows)
14	Attach cover frame (2)
15	Insert fresh air vent (3)	 The adjusting lever (A) must be inserted in the support (B).
16	Install timer (1) for auxiliary heater	 Only on vehicles with auxiliary heater.
17	Adjust time on the timer (1) for auxiliary heater	 Only on vehicles with auxiliary heater.
18	Transfer the parameters stored in STAR DIAGNOSIS to the instrument (INS)	 Only when the instrument (INS) was replaced.	AR54.30-W-6027-02C
19	Perform teach-in process for conversion factor for circuit W	 Only when the instrument (INS) was replaced.	AR54.30-W-6027-04A
