Unclip cover (1) and remove

Remove splinter protection

 Nut/bolt, splinter guard to rain/light sensor guard plate

Unclip mounting clip (2) and swing in downward direction

Remove Night View Assist infrared camera 1 (B84/2) and disconnect electrical connection (3)


The lens of Night View Assist infrared camera 1 (B84/2) must not be touched.
Otherwise dirt can cause Night View Assist infrared camera 1 (B84/2) to malfunction.

Install in the reverse order

Calibrate Night View Assist infrared camera 1 (B84/2) using diagnostic system


