| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove pyrofuse (2). | ||
2 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (1) from voltage dip limiter (R62). | ||
3 | Release, disconnect and remove electrical connector (3) from front battery cover (4). | ||
4 | Remove degassing hose (5) from on-board electrical system battery (G1). | ||
5 | Unscrew screw (6) and remove front battery cover (4). | Installation: Ensure that guides are seated correctly. | |

6 | Carefully bend up electrical conduction band (17). | ||
7 | Loosen nut (14) on positive terminal clamp (16) and remove positive line (18). | Nut, starter wiring harness to current limiter | |
8 | Loosen nut (15) on positive terminal clamp (16). | Nut, ground line (battery sensor) to battery terminal | |
9 | Remove voltage dip limiter (R62). | The positive terminal clamp (16) cannot be disconnected from the voltage dip limiter (R62). | |
10 | Install in the reverse order. |
