1 Remove catalytic converter (1) from turbocharger.
Remove top bolts (2), and only loosen the bottom bolt (3) , the flange is slotted.
2 Detach catalytic converter (1) from cylinder head bracket.
To do this, remove bolt (4).
3 Detach catalytic converter (1) from exhaust bracket (5).
4 Loosen the clamp (6) between catalytic converter (1) and diesel particulate filter (7) .
Installation: Inspect clamp (6), install new one if necessary.
5 Disconnect electrical sensor connector O2(X18/66).
Installation: Replace cable tie, maintain the correct routing.

6 Remove right heat shield (4) .
7 Remove left and right stabilizer bar bushing bracket.
To do this, unscrew bolts . Bend heat shield to the side slightly on underfloor if necessary.
8 Remove right heat shield (4) bracket (5).
Installation: Observe installation position.
9 Slide anti-sway bar to the front.
The anti-sway bar cannot be removed.
10 Push catalytic converter (1) to the side.
Sufficient room must be allowed for removal/installation of the turbocharger.
11 Install in the reverse order.
