| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove ball socket | ||
2 | Remove outer clamp (1) | If necessary, replace outer clamp (1). | |
3 | Remove inner clamp (3) | Replace inner clamp (3). | |
4 | Remove boot (2) | Check boot (2) for damage and replace if necessary. | |
Installation: Make sure boot (2) is correctly seated. | |||
5 | Install in the reverse order |
