 	Remove/Install
1	Unfasten tie rod clamp		AR46.40-I-0150-03A
2	Remove cotter pin (2).	 Installation: Use new cotter pin (2).
3	Unscrew castle nut (3)		*BA46.40-N-1001-01E
			*001589672100
4	Pry ball head pin (1) off pitman arm (7)		*625589003500
5	Remove tie rod end (8) from tie rod (9)
	Check
6	Check condition of tie rod end (8) and dust seal (4)	 If tie rod end (8) or dust seal (4) is worn or damaged, tie rod end (8) must be replaced.
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Check and adjust front axle toe-in	in case of MODEL 684.490/491/492
