Remove
1 Remove intermediate ring (3) manually from the Retarder housing.
Install
2 Install a new O-Ring (5).
Apply a grease Olista Longtime 3 EP on the O-Ring (5) before installing it
3 Insert intermediate ring (3) in the retarder housing and tighten lightly.
Drift pin (6) in intermediate ring (3) and cavity (7) in the retarder housing should be adjusted. Intermediate ring (3) is put in its final position by tightening diaphragm body cap.
