Remove/install

With engine switched off, operate brake pedal several times.

 This reduces the vacuum in the brake booster (1).

Detach vacuum line (2) from bracket (3).

 To do this, open the bracket (3).

Detach vacuum line (2) from brake booster (1).

 Seal connections.

 Record plug

Detach vacuum line (2) from intake manifold (4).

 Seal connections.

 Record plug

 Hose clamp pliers

Remove vacuum line (2).

Install in the reverse order.



Check

Perform brake test.


