1 | Eliminate vacuum in BAS brake booster (A7/7) | To do this, press the brake pedal several times with the engine switched off. | |
2 | Detach plug coupling (1) from vacuum line 1 (3) | ||
3 | Detach plug coupling (2) from vacuum line 1 (3) | ||
4 | Detach vacuum hose (5) | ||
5 | Detach plug coupling (4) from vacuum line 1 (3) and remove vacuum line 1 (3) | ||
6 | Remove cover over hydraulic fluid reservoir for brake fluid | ||
7 | Pull vacuum hose (10) off check valve (11) | ||
8 | Pull check valve (11) with vacuum line 2 (12) out of BAS brake booster (A7/7) | ||
9 | Unclip connection fitting (13) of vacuum line 2 (12) from line guide (14) and remove vacuum line 2 (12) | ||
10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
11 | Carry out brake test on the test stand | ||
