Remove the air filter box

Remove the poly-V-belt

Remove the internediate gear (1) from the bracket support for the poly-V-belt

Remove the vacuum line (5) from the vacuum pump (3)



Remove the vacuum pump (3)

 if necessary, rotate the engine with the crankshaft until the vacuum pump piston is slackened

if necessary, rotate the engine with the crankshaft until the vacuum pump piston is slackened

 Installation: clean the support areas (2) and replace the joint



 If the vacuum pump has been replaced due to the bearings seizing up, eliminate any metal remains!
