Check, remove/install axle load-dependent brake (ALB) operation

A Check

1 Determine the maximum deflection play of the actuator rod (a) at the height of the hooking up point of the lever (4). If the specified value is exceeded, replace bearing bushings (6) 

B Remove/install lever

2 Detach retainer (1).

3 Pull pin (5) out of mount and remove lever (3).

4 Detach spring (2).

5 Remove, replace bearing bushings (6).

 Installation: grease bearing bushings with long-life grease.

6 Install in the reverse order.
