6 | Remove ventilation heating control and operating unit(A12). |

7 | Remove modular switch panel (MSF) control unit (A43). | ||
8 | Remove instrument panel switch module (A44, A45, A46). | ||
9 | Remove cover (1). | Mounting wedge | |
10 | Remove screw (3) and remove trim (4). | Mounting wedge | |
11 | Remove center module (10). |

12 | Remove screws (8) and take off retaining plate (7). | ||
13 | Remove screws (5) and remove trailer retarding brake valve (14.16) upwards. | ||
| Install | ||
14 | Insert trailer retarding brake valve (14.16) and fix in place with screws (5). | Replace O-rings. | |
15 | Position retaining plate (7) on trailer retarding brake valve (14.16) and fix in place with screws (8). | ||
16 | Insert trim (4) and fix in place with screw (3). | Mounting wedge | |
17 | Install cover (1). | Mounting wedge | |
18 | Install instrument panel switch module (A44, A45, A46). | ||
19 | Install modular switch panel (MSF) control unit (A43). | ||
20 | Install ventilation heating control and operating unit(A12). |

23 | Start engine and completely fill compressed-air system at idle speed. | ||
24 | Switch off engine. | ||
25 | Release parking brake. | ||
