Testing

Remove the threaded plug on the regeneration compressed air reservoir (2)

Connect the testing gage (1) to the regeneration compressed air reservoir (2)



Start the engine and charge the compressed air system up to pressure controller cut-out

 Check the elapsed time from the pressure controller cut out to the complete emptying of the regeneration compressed air reservoir (2).

The regeneration compressed air reservoir (2) has to be empty in 20 s maximum.

If the regeneration compressed air reservoir (2) does not fill or if its emptying takes longer than 20 s:



Check the compressed air pipe between the regeneration compressed air reservoir (2) and the single chamber air desiccator for damage. If necessary, replace.

Repeat the test

If the regeneration compressed air reservoir (2) again is not filled or if its emptying takes longer than 20 s:



Replace the single chamber air desiccator.

Remove the testing gage (1)

Remove the testing connection from the regeneration compressed air reservoir (2) and install the threaded plug
