1 | Remove pin (2) and remove handle (1) from the actuator rod (13) | ||
2 | Remove spacers (15), compression spring (16) and the locking bushing (14) | ||
3 | Remove cover (3) and upper (4) and lower (5) protectors | ||
4 | Remove the spring cover (7) and the torsion spring (8) | ||
5 | Remove the lock (10) and disconnect the complete micro switch (12) | ||
6 | Loosen bolts (6), remove the upper housing (9), the support (11) and the actuator rod (13) | Assemble: Apply the specified torque. | |

7 | Detach the lower housing (26) from the intermediate housing (17), remove the complete valve (23) as well as the spring (25) | ||
8 | Remove from the intermediate housing (17), sealing gasket (18), spring (19) and washer (20) | ||
9 | From the lower housing, remove (26) bolt (30), the exhaustion nozzle (29) and the ring (28) | ||
10 | Remove the sealing rings (21, 22, 24) from the valve (23) | ||
| Clean | ||
11 | Clean the components and check the parts for wear | Use an adequate product to clean the rubber and plastic components, otherwise such components can be damaged. | |
The parts belonging to the repair kit must be replaced at every assembly work. | |||
12 | Assemble in reverse order | ||
