1 | Remove the retaining ring (7) and the bushing (6) | ||
2 | Remove the spring (6) and the spring guide (4) | ||
| Clean | ||
3 | Clean the components and check the parts for wear and corrosion | Use a suitable product to clean the components, otherwise they can be damaged. | |
The repair kit parts should be replaced at each disassembly. | |||
| Assemble | ||
4 | Assemble the O-ring (2), the plunger (3), the spring guide (4) and the spring (5) on the body (1) | ||
5 | Assemble the bushing (6) and the retaining ring (7) | ||
| Test | ||
6 | Install the check valve onto the bench and perform the test |
