Unmount and mount

Mark the cap's position (17) with regard to the body (1)

Remove the bolts (5) and remove the cap (17) the piston (14)

 Apply a slight compressed air pressure to the cap's 4 connection (17).

Remove the rings (15, 16) from the piston (14)

Remove the sealing ring (6) from the cover (17)

Remove the retaining ring (13), the valve seat (12), the sealing ring (11), the valve (10), the spring (9), the valve guide 8) and the sealing ring (7)



Clean

Clean the components and check the parts for wear

 Use an adequate product to clean the rubber and plastic components, otherwise such components can be damaged.

 The repair kit parts should be replaced at each disassembly.

Assemble in the reverse order



Check

8

Install the relay valve on the stand and test

Wabco valve.
