| Remove | ||
1 | Turn linkage adjuster (8) back to starting position by turning setting screw (7). | Cracking noises occur when turning back. | |
2 | Remove retaining ring (6). | ||
3 | Remove shim (5) and indicator disk (4). | ||
4 | Remove bolt (1). | ||
5 | Remove screw (3). | ||
6 | Remove linkage adjuster (8) from brake camshaft. | ||
| Install | ||
7 | Push linkage adjuster (8) onto brake camshaft. | ||
8 | Screw in screw (3) by hand up to contact surface. | ||
9 | Install bolt (1) with new cotter pin (2). | ||
10 | Push shim (5) onto brake camshaft. | ||
11 | Push indicator disk (4) onto brake camshaft so that the two notches (A) are opposite each other. | ||
12 | Install circlip (6). | ||
13 | Adjust control arm at linkage adjuster. | ||
