1 | Remove brake carrier (4) with brake caliper (1) | ||
2 | Detach brake caliper (1) from brake carrier (4) | ||
| Disassemble | ||
3 | Remove circlip (2) | ||
4 | Pull out fixed bearing pilot bushing (7) and loose bearing pilot bushing (11) | ||
5 | Remove bellows (3) from inner fixed bearing | Lever out bellows (3) using a screwdriver. Do not damage seat of bellows (3). | |
6 | Remove guide sleeve (12) | ||
Insertion, extraction tool for installing and removing the guide sleeve on the floating bearing (disk brake SN 7000, SN 6000) | |||
7 | Remove brass bush (8) | ||
Insertion, extraction tool for installing, removing and caulking brass bush at fixed bearing (disk brake SN 7000, SN 6000) | |||

Use only specified grease (white in color). | |||
9 | Install guide sleeve (12) | ||
Insertion, extraction tool for installing and removing the guide sleeve on the floating bearing (disk brake SN 7000, SN 6000) | |||

10 | Install bellows (3) at inner fixed bearing | ||
Insertion tool for installing the inner boot on the fixed bearing (disk brake SN 7000, SN 6000) | |||
11 | Insert fixed bearing pilot bushing (7) and loose bearing pilot bushing (11) | ||
12 | Insert bellows (3) into groove on fixed bearing pilot bushing (7) and attach circlip (2) | The bellows (3) must be seated in the groove all the way round. Pay attention to correct seat of circlip (2). | |
| Install | ||
13 | Attach brake caliper (1) to brake carrier (4) | Use new bolts. | |
14 | Install brake carrier (4) with brake caliper (1) | ||
15 | Check function and effectiveness of service brake |
