2 | Remove the wheels | Remove/install wheels | |
3 | Remove the brake pads | Replacing and installing brake pads | |
4 | Fully return the threaded tubes (16) by turning the slack adjuster counterclockwise | ||
5 | Clean the entire internal protectors' area (22) | Sealing faces for SN7000 (X) and SB7000 (Y) both of the inner protectors, as well as the threaded tubes (16), should not be damaged when removing the inner protectors (22). These parts cannot be replaced. | |
6 | Remove the inner protectors (22) carefully | For that, use a screwdriver (A) with no sharp corners. | |
7 | Thoroughly clean the sealing surfaces (X) and (Y) | ||

8 | Mount the internal protectors (22) to the threaded pipes (16) of the pressure pieces | ||
9 | Remove pressure pieces bushings | The bushings do not need lubrication. | |
10 | Place the tool composed of K3 and K9 (L) | It should be guided over the threaded pipe (16) pin. | |

11 | Fully press the inner protector (22) into the respective container by turning the hexagonal part of the tool K3 with a fixed wrench | ||
12 | To check for the correct mounting of the inner protectors (22), turn the slack adjuster clockwise to move the threaded pipe (16) forward | In this operation, the internal protector (22) should not rotate. | |
13 | Install the brake pads | Replacing and installing brake pads | |
If necessary, install new pads. | |||
14 | Install the wheels | Remove/install wheels | |
