Check adjusting thread of threaded tubes for corrosion

with code BB5 (Disc brakes on front and rear axle)

Insert a new brake pad (1) in the outer span the brake carrier.

 The brake pad (1) limits the adjustment travel and prevents the total output of the threaded tubes (3).

Approach the threaded tubes (3) to the brake disc (2) with the regulator.

Check the regulating threads for humidity, corrosion and/or damage.

If there is humidity, corrosion and/or damage in the adjusting threads:



Replace the brake caliper.
