In case of interruption of compressed air supply, the parking brake can be loosened mechanically.

Release the relief bolt (1)
Do not loosen the relief bolt (1) with the impact screwdriver. Otherwise binding of the relief screw (1) may occur and thereby damage the combined cylinder.

Supply the compressed air system until it reaches the shutdown pressure

Release the parking brake
Through the accumulator spring pressure the relief bolt thread (1) is released.

Tighten the relief bolt (1)
Do not tighten the relief bolt (1) with the impact screwdriver. Otherwise binding of the relief screw (1) may occur and thereby damage the combined cylinder.
