Detach heater booster and tie to one side

 On vehicles with heater booster or hot water auxiliary heater.

The heater booster obscures the check point "K".

Fit telescopic measuring rod (06) with connecting pieces (06d) and insert the appropriate measuring probes (024) for the relevant distance or comparison measurement.

 Select the length of the measuring probes (024) to ensure that the telescopic measuring rod (06) is always aligned horizontally during the measurements.
