On the rear engine crossmember (63) remove the two bolts at the fifth threaded hole from the rear

5.2

Cut an M10 thread on the fifth bores from the rear

Model 204.0/2/3, 207: On vehicles on which the rear engine crossmember (63) is not mounted at this position.

5.3

On the rear engine crossmember (63) remove the two bolts at the second threaded hole from the front

Turn in threaded bolts (07n) of suspension (07) with shims (1)

 Use washers (1), to ensure that the threaded stud (07n) fits correctly into each base.



Insert and adjust hanger (07)

Insert telescopic measuring rod (06) with connecting parts onto retaining bolt using bubble level (024b)

 Use relevant measuring bolt and measuring tip (024) for the corresponding distance or comparison measurement.


