1 Insert projectors (5) into projector brackets (4) on the 1st front axle.
2 Position two measuring stands (11) on the left and right of the 1st rear axle at right angles to the vehicle.
3 Aim the light beam of the left projector (5) onto the left measuring stand (11). Note down indicated value (e.g. 28).
4 Aim the light beam of the right projector (5) onto the right measuring stand (11). Once again note down indicated value (e.g. 24).
5 Turn the steering wheel so that both sides register the same value (mean value, e.g. 26).
With two steered front axles:
The straight-ahead position of 2nd front axle is checked in the same way as for the 1st front axle.
