1 Lift the vehicle by the front axle and support it on stands
2 Set the dial gauge (8) so the measuring wheel (43) is at axle center height
3 Rest the measuring wheel (43) closest possible to the center of the tire tread and manually rotate the wheel
The variance of the measuring indicator presents the radial run-out
4 Compare the indicated value with the nominal value
In case the nominal value is exceeded, change the tire position on the wheel rim . Should the nominal value still be out of specifications, check the centering of the wheel and replace the tire or the wheel.
