Remove/install wheel hub on trailing axle

2	Radial seal

5	Inner race of the outer bearing (outer)
6	Stop washer

10	Brake drum

	Remove
1	Remove the wheels	.	AR40.10-B-1100E
2	Remove the brake drum (10)	.	AR42.10-B-1010G
3	Remove the screw (13) and remove the cap (12)
4	Unlock the locking plate (8) and remove the grooved nuts (9, 7)	 Claw wrench	*055589170700
5	Remove the thrust washer (6)
6	Remove the wheel hub (3)	 The wheel hub (3) can also be removed together with the brake drum.

7	Remove the inner race of the bearing (outer) (5) from the wheel hub (3)
8	Remove the wheel bolts (4) from the wheel hub (3)	Only if replacing the screws (4) securing the wheels is necessary.
		 Use an appropriate mandrel: to not damage the parts.
	Check
9	Check the conditions of the friction surface of the race ring (1)	If there are damages or furrows on the friction surface of the track ring (1):
		
		Replace the track ring.
	Install
10	Install the wheel fastening bolts (4) in the wheel hub	Only if the screws (4) have been removed.
		 Utilize an appropriate mandrel.
11	Install a new seal ring (2) in the wheel hub (3)	 Install a new radial seal ring (2), and apply grease on the sealing lip.
		 Utilize an appropriate mandrel.
12	Install the wheel hub (3)	 Lubricate the friction surfaces of the race ring (1).
13	Install the inner race of the tapered roller bearing (5)
14	Install the thrust washer (6)
15	Install the inner grooved nut (7), the locking plate (8), and the outer grooved nut (9)
