	Removing
Danger!	Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes. 1	Remove differential lock shift cylinder		AR35.40-D-9131A
 	Disassemble/assemble
2	Unscrew pressure switch (1)	 Initial torque, final torque  Final tightening takes place when the shift cylinder is installed.	*BA35.40-N-1006-01B

3	Detach flange (14)	 Flange is spring-loaded.  Installation: Replace seal (13).

4	Remove piston (12) and compression spring (9)	 Installation: Replace dust boot (10) and seal boot (11), observe installation position. Coat both boots and piston with silicone grease.	*BR00.45-Z-1019-06A
5	Unscrew shift shaft (5) from shifter lever (3)		*BA35.40-N-1005-01B
		 Installation: Secure threaded connection with Loctite.	*BR00.45-Z-1008-02A
6	Remove shift shaft (5), spring (4) and gearshift lever (3) from the shift cylinder housing (2)
7	Disassemble shift shaft (5)	 To facilitate disassembly and assembly of the individual parts, screw gearshift lever onto shift shaft and clamp in vise.  Installation: The retaining ring (8) must engage in the groove.
8	Clean all parts, check and replace if necessary
9	Assemble in the reverse order
	Install
10	Install differential lock shift cylinder		AR35.40-D-9131A
