1 Mount gauge (1) without measuring bolts on the bolts of the measuring plate (3).
2 Insert dial indicator (2) in the gauge (1) under preload and position dial indicator on "0".
The scale of the dial indicator must no longer be adjusted before transferring the installed dimension to the differential assembly.
