2 | Remove the ring gear (1) from the differential case (2) | ||
3 | Remove the crosswise pins (3, 7) | Using a screwdriver, push the pins (3, 7) out of the differential case (2), being careful not to damage the housing. | |
4 | Remove the satellite gears (4) with the spherical washers (5) | ||
5 | Disassemble the planetary gear (6) and the thrust washer (8) from the differential housing (2) and from the ring gear (1) | Disassemble with appropriate tool to avoid damaging the thrust washers (8). | |

6 | Check the parts for damages and wear | Replace the damaged and worn parts. | |
7 | Carry out assembly of the differential in reverse order | ||
8 | Assemble the bevel gear with the differential |
