| Release the sliding screw blocking nut (2).
|

| Remove the sliding screw (1), along with the nut (2) and the sliding insert (3).
|
|
| Removal of the ring gear back adjustment screws with a rectangular sliding insert is only possible by removing the cover from the housing.
|
Install - ring gear back adjustment screw with round sliding insert

| Apply a sealing agent to the screw thread (1) and screw it into the hole until the insert (3) touches the ring gear.
|

| Return the screw (*), obtaining the clearance (A) between the crown and the insert. .
|

| Tighten the locknut (2), locking the screw against the rear axle housing.

Install - ring gear back adjustment screw with rectangular sliding insert

| Fasten the sliding insert with device (1) to the side of the ring gear.
|

| Turn the ring gear until the sliding insert hole is aligned with the hole of the adjusting screw.
|

| Apply a sealing agent to the screw thread and screw it lightly against the hole in the insert.
|
9
| Return the screw (*), obtaining the prescribed clearance between the ring gear and the insert. .
|
10
| Tighten the lock-nut, locking the screw against the rear axle housing.
