Remove/install

 Danger!

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Only tighten nuts and bolts of chassis components when vehicle is in a ready-to-drive condition.

Lift vehicle on lifting platform.

Detach tie rod (4) from wheel carrier

 Do not damage rubber sleeve when removing.



Mark installation position of eccentric disk relative to rear axle carrier (arrow)

Remove bolt (4a) and remove tie rod (4)



Checking

Check rubber mount (4b) for damage and replace rubber mount (4b) if necessary
