1	Remove switch cylinder from differential lock.	Model 460, 461 (except 461.331) with code A70 (Differential lock, front axle) Model 463 (except 463.270/271) up to model year 2013 with code A70 (Differential lock, front axle)	AR33.40-P-0403GG
	Disassemble
2	Remove differential lock indicator switch, front axle (S76/9).	 Socket wrench bit	*620589010900
3	Unscrew screws (15) and remove flange (13).
4	Remove seal (12).
5	Remove piston (9) with grooved collar (10) and sealing ring (11).
6	Remove compression spring (8).
7	Remove gearshift shaft (3) together with spacer sleeve (6) and compression springs (4, 5).
8	Remove gearshift lever (2).
9	Clamp compression springs (4, 5) using clamping device.	 Clamping device	*381589003100
10	Remove retaining washer (7).
11	Remove spacer sleeve (6).
12	Remove compression springs (4, 5).
	Check
13	Check component parts of differential lock shift cylinder for wear and damage.	If problems exist,
		
		replace corresponding components.
	Clean
14	Clean component parts of differential lock shift cylinder.	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
15	Clean sealing surfaces of housing (1) and flange (13).	 Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper. The sealing surfaces can be damaged otherwise.
		Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
	Assemble
16	Coat all sliding component parts of differential lock shift cylinder with grease.	ABS sensor grease	*BR00.45-Z-1019-06A
17	Install compression springs (4, 5).
18	Install spacer sleeve (6).
19	Install retaining washer (7).
20	Remove clamping device.	 Clamping device	*381589003100
21	Install gearshift lever (2).
22	Install gearshift shaft (3) together with spacer sleeve (6) and compression springs (4, 5).	 Coat thread of gearshift shaft (3) with thread-locking adhesive.
		Thread locking adhesive, Loctite 241	*BR00.45-Z-1001-02A
		 Shift shaft to gearshift lever for differential lock	*BA33.40-P-1001-01A
23	Install compression spring (8).
24	Install piston (9) with grooved collar (10) and sealing ring (11).	 Replace grooved collar (10) and sealing ring (11).
25	Install seal (12).	 Install new seal (12).
26	Install flange (13) and screw in screws (15).	 M61	*BA00.10-P-1002-04A
27	Install differential lock indicator switch, front axle (S76/9).	 Pressure switch to shift cylinder	*BA33.40-P-1004-01A
