1 | Remove output flange from through-drive | ||
2 | Remove circlip (1) | ||
3 | Remove support disk (2) | ||
4 | Remove through-drive shaft (4) from axle housing | ||
5 | Pull grooved ball bearing (3) off through-drive shaft (4) | | |
| Install | ||
Danger! | Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects. | Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary. | |
6 | Heat up grooved ball bearing (3) to approx. 80 °C and push all the way onto through-drive shaft (4) | ||
7 | Install through-drive shaft (4) in axle housing | ||
8 | Insert support disk (2) | ||
9 | Install circlip (1). | ||
10 | Install output flange at through-drive |
