	Remove
1	Remove front axle differential(1).		AR33.30-P-0525MSC
2	Press elastomer bearing(2) out of the front axle differential(1).	 Observe the installation position before pressing out elastomer bearing (2).
		 Use the thrust piece (167 589 03 43 03) from the  extraction and insertion tool. Use the following parts from the  extraction and insertion tool: Sleeve (164 589 02 43 08) Spindle (164 589 02 43 12)

3	Press the elastomer bearing(3) out of the front axle differential(1).	 Observe the installation position before pressing out elastomer bearing (3).

4	Position thrust piece (4) from inside onto elastomer bearing (5) and mark edge of front axle carrier (6) on thrust piece (4) (arrow).	 The marking indicates the depth to which elastomer bearing (5) must be pressed in.
		 Use thrust piece (4) (167 589 04 43 01) from  extraction and insertion tool.

5	Press elastomer bearing (5) from outside inwards out of front axle carrier (6).	 Observe the installation position before pressing out elastomer bearing (5).
		 Use the following parts from the  extraction and insertion tool: Thrust piece (205 589 00 43 02) Spindle nut (205 589 00 43 06)

	Install
6	Coat elastomer bearing (5) with insertion agent.	Mobil Vacuoline 137 insertion agent, 0.5 l	*BR00.45-Z-1097-06A
7	Press elastomer bearing (5) from inside to outside into front axle carrier (6).	 The pressure of the  hand pump must not exceed 140 bar when pressing in. Otherwise, elastomer bearing (5) will be damaged.
		 Press in elastomer bearing (5) in the correct installation position and up to the marked insertion depth on thrust piece (4).
		 Use the following parts from the  extraction and insertion tool: Thrust piece (167 589 04 43 01) Spindle (167 589 04 43 03)
		 Use the following parts from the  extraction and insertion tool: Thrust piece (205 589 00 43 02) Spindle nut (205 589 00 43 06)

8	Coat elastomer bearing (3) with insertion agent.	Mobil Vacuoline 137 insertion agent, 0.5 l	*BR00.45-Z-1097-06A
9	Press elastomer bearing (3) into front axle differential (1).	 The pressure of the  hand pump must not exceed 140 bar when pressing in. Otherwise, the elastomer bearing (3) will be damaged.
		 Make sure that elastomer bearing (3) is in the correct installation position when pressed in. The sleeve (164 589 02 43 08) from the  extraction and insertion tool acts as an end stop when pressing in elastomer bearing (3).
		 Use the thrust piece (167 589 05 43 02) from the  extraction and insertion tool.
		 Use the following parts from the  extraction and insertion tool: Sleeve (164 589 02 43 08) Spindle (164 589 02 43 12)
