4 | Remove shim (6) and thrust plate (5) | ||
5 | Remove circlip (3) and spacer washer (2) | ||
6 | Remove sliding block (4) and sun gear (1) | ||
| Install | ||
7 | Install sun gear (1) and spacer washer (2) | The collar of the sun gear (1) must point upward. | |
8 | Install circlip (3) | ||
9 | Install sliding block (4) | ||
10 | Install thrust washer (5). | Insert the thrust plate (5) in such a way that it locks the outer thrust plates of the planetary gears. | |
11 | Install shim (6) and circlip (7) | ||
12 | Checking and adjusting axial play of input shaft | If necessary, remove the shim (6) again and install an appropriate shim (6). | |
