1	Remove brake carrier with brake caliper		AR42.10-W-0600A
2	Remove ABS sensor		AR42.30-W-0150A
3	Remove cover (10)
4	Loosen bolt (7) and remove clamp nut (8)		*739589001300
5	Remove thrust plate (6)
6	Pull off front wheel hub (4).		AR33.20-W-0310-01A

7	Remove outer tapered roller bearing (5) from front wheel hub (4)
8	Remove cassette-type sealing ring (1) and inner tapered roller bearing (3)
9	Remove axial sealing ring (2) from inner tapered roller bearing (3)
10	Check condition of inner tapered roller bearing (3) and outer tapered roller bearing (5)	 Remove the outer races (3.1, 5.1) be removed.

12	Clean contact surface of front wheel hub (4) on steering knuckle
13	Install new axial sealing ring (2) in inner tapered roller bearing (3)	 The flat surface of the axial sealing ring (2) must lie against the tapered roller bearing (3).
14	Grease inner tapered roller bearing (3) and insert into front wheel hub (4)	 Use part of the specified quantity of grease.
		 The wheel hub must contain the specified quantity of grease following assembly otherwise damage could occur. The wheel bearings could overheat if there is not enough grease. If there is too much grease, the excess grease could be discharged from the wheel hub and come into contact with the brake linings.
		 The specified quantity of grease is packed into the wheel hub over several operation steps.

15	Install new cassette-type sealing ring (1) in front wheel hub (4)		*739589051500
16	Fill front wheel hub (4) with grease	 Use another part of the specified quantity of grease.

17	Install front wheel hub (4) onto steering knuckle		AR33.20-W-0310-04A

18	Grease outer tapered roller bearing (5) and insert into front wheel hub (4)	 Use another part of the specified quantity of grease.

19	Install thrust plate (6) and clamp nut (8)
20	Tighten clamp nut (8)	 When tightening, turn the front wheel hub (4) and apply a few blows to the front wheel hub (4) in a crosswise pattern until the tapered roller bearings (3, 5) have zero clearance.
