Press out
1 Place steering knuckle (5) onto workshop press with plate (09a).
Use part 07 from the 202 589 04 43 00 press-out tool.
2 Press front axle shaft flange (9) using thrust piece (09c) out of steering knuckle (5).
Use part 12 from the 202 589 04 43 00 press-out tool.

Pressing in
3 Position front axle shaft flange (9), steering knuckle (5) and Press-in tool (05c) onto workshop press.
Use part 07 from 220 589 06 43 00 press out/in tool.
4 Press front axle shaft flange (9) all the way in.
Make sure that the press-in tool (05c) is placed in the center of the double-row angular ball bearing when pressing in.
