Verification
1 Install dial indicator holder (3) and the dial indicator (2) on wheel hub (1).
2 Place probe dial with previously established tension on the lock-nut (4).
3 Move hub outwards and inwards to verify bearing axle looseness.
If nominal value is not reached it is necessary to adjust wheel hub bearings. In new bearings look for obtaining smaller looseness value.
Regulating
4 Adjust lock-nut (4) until reaching prescribed bearing looseness.
Turn hub a few times during nut adjustment to guarantee the bearings to settle.
5 Lock the lock-nut screw (4).
