Hand pump
The installation device and extractor scope includes the components for pressing in expanding bushes (3) with Ø 70 mm and Ø 80 mm.
The components from the supplementary set have to be used to press in expanding bushes (3) with Ø 100 mm.
1 | Attach installation device and extractor (1) on the stabilizer bar (6) with reducing bush (7). |
2 | Insert expanding bush (3) in the conical sleeve (5) so that the holes are horizontal to the longitudinal axis of the stabilizer bar (6). |
3 | Insert thrust piece (2) in the conical sleeve (5). |

Place conical sleeve (5) in the installation device and extractor (1). |
Use reduction (4) for conical sleeve (5) for stabilizer bars (6) with Ø 70 mm expanding bushing (3). |

Slide press bushing (8) onto the expanding bushing (3) using the gauge (9). |
6 | Insert gauge (9) in the square of the press bushing (8) and place the other end of the gauge (9) on the stabilizer bar (6). |
This ensures that the holes on expanding bushing (3) are horizontal to the stabilizer bar longitudinal axis (6). As a result, expanding bushing (3) is installed in the correct position. |
7 | Connect hand pump with hydraulic hose to the hydraulic cylinder. |

Operate the hand pump and press expanding bushing (3) in until it is flush with the bearing in stabilizer bar (6). |
The mounting depth of expanding bushing (3) can be checked through the cutout in conical sleeve (5). |
