Connect test kit to the test connections of the left and right air spring bellows on the drive axle



Connect test kit to the test connections of the left and right air spring bellows on the front axle

 Only vehicles with code (A00) Air-sprung front axle

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory in the level control system (NR) control unit

 Create check-in report.

If a fault is stored eliminate the corresponding cause and erase fault code.

Check preconditions for performing calibration of driving height as per instructions in STAR DIAGNOSIS and perform operations as required

Calibrate driving height at the drive axle and, if necessary, at the front axle as per instructions in STAR DIAGNOSIS

 The spacers (1) and the shop-made spacers (2) determine the driving height at the axle.

Calibrate upper level of drive and front axles as per instructions in STAR DIAGNOSIS

Calibrate lower level of drive and front axles as per instructions in STAR DIAGNOSIS

Raise vehicle using level control operating unit to driving height.

Switch off ignition

Disconnect Star Diagnosis

Disconnect test kit

Check setting of radar sensor controller unit, adjust if necessary
