1 | Switch off ignition | ||
2 | Release and disconnect electrical connection from clutch pedal switches (S40/3, S40/6) | ||
3 | Unclip retaining clip (1) of electrical lines from clutch pedal bracket (2) | Clip remover | |
4 | Remove retaining ring (3) | ||
5 | Press pin (4) out of clutch pedal bracket (2) | ||
6 | Remove lubricant from pin (4) and from clutch pedal bracket (2) | ABS sensor grease | |
7 | Detach soundproofing (5) in area of threaded connections of clutch pedal bracket (2) | ||
8 | Remove screws/bolts (6) | Bolt/nut, clutch master cylinder to pedal support | |
9 | Unscrew nuts (7) | Bolt/nut, pedal bracket for clutch pedal to firewall | |
10 | Remove clutch pedal bracket (2) | ||
11 | Remove clutch pedal switch (S40/3, S40/6) from clutch pedal bracket (2) | When replacing the clutch pedal bracket (2). | |
12 | Install in the reverse order |
