Lift out transfer case
1 Support transfer case underneath using vehicle jack.

2 Detach transfer case at the transmission mounts (arrows).
3 Lower the right side of the transfer case slightly, move the left of the case forward and then lower the entire unit.

4 Check rubber mounts for wear.

Insert transfer case
5 Lift up transfer case and mount with the left rear support on the mounting console.
Replace all self-locking nuts. In each case install the large washers on the rubber mount, the small washers between the bolt head or nut and housing.
