Replace affected disks | |||
5 | Place assembly device onto disk spring (21t) and tension until retaining ring (21s) is exposed | Assembly device | |
6 | Remove retaining ring (21s) | ||
7 | Remove assembly device | ||
8 | Remove disk spring (21t) and piston (21k) from external plate carrier (21a) | ||

9 | Check sealing ring (arrow) and thrust faces for damage and swirl marks | Depending on findings | |

| Assemble | ||
10 | Install piston (21k) into external plate carrier (21a) | ||
11 | Insert disk spring (21t) | Insert disk spring (21t) in such a way that the curvature of the inner circumference points toward the piston (21k). | |
12 | Place assembly device onto disk spring (21t) and tension until groove of retaining ring (21s) is exposed | Assembly device | |
13 | Install retaining ring (21s) | | |

15 | Install disk spring (5t) and clutch pack (5) | Insert disk spring (5t) in such a way that the curvature of the inner circumference points toward the piston (21k). | |
