2 | Remove axial bearing from outer plate carrier (14a). | ||
3 | Remove retaining ring (105s). | Pliers | |
4 | Remove end disk (105). | ||
5 | Remove clutch pack (5). | ||
6 | Remove disk spring (5t). | ||
7 | Place outer plate carrier (14a) in lever-type hand gun. | ||
8 | Place thrust device on piston cover (14b). | To enable the retaining ring (14s) to be removed later, position the thrust device precisely. | |

9 | Actuate lever-type hand gun until retaining ring (14s) is exposed. | | |

20 | Check outer plate carrier (14a) for damage. | If damage is visible, | |

Replace outer plate carrier (14a). | |||

21 | Lie new disks in transmission oil for at least one hour. | When replacing. | |
| Automatic transmission fluids (ATF) (specification 236.15) | ||
22 | Install piston (14k). | ||
23 | Install spring support (14f). | ||
24 | Install piston cover (14b). | ||
25 | Fit retaining ring (14s). | Final installation is only possible when the lever press is actuated. | |
26 | Place outer plate carrier (14a) in lever-type hand gun. | ||
27 | Place thrust device on piston cover (14b). | To enable the retaining ring (14s) to be installed, position the thrust device precisely. | |

35 | Install end disk (105). | ||
36 | Install retaining ring (105s). | Pliers | |
37 | Attach axial bearing to outer plate carrier (14a). | ||
