1 Assemble lamella for the multi-disk clutch K1 in the sequence shown in the picture and put in individually.
Place new friction lamella in ATF oil for 1 hour before installation.

2 Insert snap ring (16).
Both ends of the snap ring (16) must be seated on a tab of the externally toothed disk carrier (1).
3 Mount pressure device on the externally toothed plate (15)
4 Press clutch pack together To do this, press the pressing tool down to the stop using a lever press.
The marking ring should still be visible (lower arrow).
5 Determine lamella clearance "L" at three points between snap ring (16) and externally toothed disk (15) with feeler gauge.
During the measuring procedure, the snap ring (16) must lie against the upper contact surface of the groove in the externally toothed disk carrier.
6 Adjust the required lamella clearance by installing a snap ring (16) of suitable thickness.
Snap rings are available in thicknesses of 2.6/2.9/3.2/3.5/3.8 and 4.1 mm.
