3 | Remove end disk (2). | ||
4 | Remove clutch pack (3). | ||
5 | Remove outer plate (4). | ||
6 | Remove disk spring (5). | ||
7 | Attach assembly device to multidisk brake B2 and place on disk spring (8). | Assembly device | |
8 | Tension assembly device until retaining ring (6) is exposed. | ||
9 | Remove retaining ring (6). | Pliers | |
10 | Remove assembly device. | ||
11 | Remove disk spring (8). | ||
12 | Blow compressed air carefully into bore (B) of piston guide (11) and remove guide ring (7) with piston (9). | ||
13 | Remove sealing ring (9.1). | Assembly tool | |
14 | Blow compressed air carefully into bore (A) and remove piston guide (11) from outer plate carrier B2 (10). | The external plate carrier B2 (10) also serves as the piston for the multidisk brake B3. | |
